Why was Dare to Web Services Founded?

There are two reasons that make this mission possible. First, many people in a rush to have an internet presence simply overpaid for services or paid for service packages that included more services than they really needed. In many cases the extra services have not fully been understood or even used. Secondly, after almost a decade of working for IBM as a Customer Support Rep and Software Developer it became clear that my acquired skills could be shared to meet these internet needs.
